Diet in the spa
In Bělohrad Peat Spa, we offer varied and nutritionally balanced diet. We are able to accommodate the demands of patients with different diets as well as clients interested in selective menus.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Breakfast
Breakfast is served and combined with a buffet. There are three options of served breakfasts for clients. Breakfast is served between 6.45 a.m. and 8.30 a.m.
Lunch
Clients select lunch from a menu of four dishes that is available to them several days in advance. Lunch comes with free tea or non-bottled water (self-service). Lunch is served from 11.00 a.m. and from 1.30 p.m.
Dinner
Dinner is served. Clients select from a menu of four dishes that is available to them several days in advance. Dinner is served from 5.00 p.m. and from 6.30 p.m.
Salad buffet
Salad and vegetable buffet is available once a day, either during lunch or dinner. Client using crutches will be assisted by the restaurant staff.
Drinks
Breakfast comes with tea, white coffee and juice. A black coffee machine is available to guests. The dishes come with free fruit tea or non-bottled water (self-service). Besides fruit tea, green and black tea is also available.
Selective diet
Selective diet is served in the Terasa restaurant. Guests with complex care pay an additional fee of CZK 157/day for this type of board. Other guests pay CZK 130 for each selected meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

- Individual based on agreement with the client (based on their indications or disorder), always in cooperation with nutritional therapist
- Vegetarian
- Gluten free diet (celiac disease) – CZK 15/day; CZK 5/meal.
Diets for health insurance company clients are determined exclusively by a physician. If the client has started a stay without a physician consultation and they are a diabetic, vegetarian or require gluten free diet, they should arrange this directly with the canteen staff.
